THE PHYSICS
HOLDS.
Every telemetry event is checked against the deterministic physics envelope the asset class is bound to — energy-in versus energy-out ratios, thermal rise under load, fuel-to-power consistency. Telemetry that violates the physics envelope is sealed as such at the boundary. No probabilistic interpretation. No after-the-fact reconciliation.

THE GRADE
IS SEALED.
Every asset receives a deterministic second-life grade derived from its sealed state-of-health and physics verdict history. The grade is not negotiated; it is generated. The grade either qualifies the asset for the destination or it does not.

THE PASSPORT
IS EARNED.
Battery passport eligibility flows from sealed physics evidence, not from declared paperwork. Every passport reference Aetheris emits is anchored to a chain of verified telemetry events. The passport is earned at the substrate, not awarded in review.
